Pre-Order Freight & Dispatch Policy

All products listed within this drop are pre-order items. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Freight Charges

Freight is calculated separately and is based on:

Total order volume and weight
Delivery location
Commercial or residential address classification

A separate freight invoice will be issued within 48 hours of your order being placed.

Freight invoices must be paid within:

48 hours of issue; or
24 hours after the pre-order window closes, whichever occurs first.

Orders with unpaid freight invoices by the due date will be automatically cancelled without notice.
Stock cannot be held for unpaid orders.

Pre-order items will be dispatched once:

Stock has arrived and been processed; and
Full payment (including freight) has been received.

Estimated arrival timeframes are provided as a guide only and may be subject to supplier, shipping, or customs delays beyond our control.

Pre-orders are considered final once confirmed.

We do not cancel confirmed pre-orders or provide refunds for change of mind.

The only circumstance in which an order will be cancelled is for non-payment of the freight invoice within the stated timeframe.
