Pre-Order Wholesale Candy Drops
Each month, we release a curated range of international confectionery, available exclusively through a limited pre-order window. These drops provide Australian retailers the opportunity to secure unique global products at wholesale pricing for resale.
Wholesale purchasing is available to Australian businesses holding a valid ABN only.
Pricing Structure
We offer multiple wholesale pricing tiers to suit your business:
1. ABN Holders - under $500 order (ex GST)
2. ABN Holders - minimum $500 order (ex GST)
3. GST Registered Businesses - under $500 order (ex GST)
4. GST Registered Businesses - minimum $500 order (ex GST)
All prices listed are exclusive of GST.
*Tiers 2, 3 and 4 prices will be reflected at the checkout.
Pre-Order Window
All products within each drop are available strictly during the pre-order period.
Once the pre-order window closes, items are removed and are no longer available to purchase.
Stock Arrival & Dispatch
Following the close of pre-orders, stock is typically received into the TCM Warehouse within 4-8 weeks. Larger volumes (ie. pallets) may take up to 12-16wks, depending on freight & customs processing time.
Orders will be packed and dispatched once stock has arrived and full payment (including freight) has been received.
A shipping confirmation and tracking details will be issued once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: As products are sourced internationally, total timeframes may extend up to 12 weeks, depending on order timing and supplier or customs processing.
Important Information
Pre-Order Only
All items in the drop are pre-order only and must be paid in full at the time of purchase to secure allocation.
Freight Invoicing
Freight is calculated separately and varies based on volume, destination, and whether delivery is to a residential or commercial address.
A freight invoice will be issued within 48 hours of your order being placed.
Freight invoices must be paid within:
48 hours of issue; or
24 hours after the pre-order window closes,
whichever occurs first.
Failure to pay the freight invoice by the due date will result in automatic cancellation of the order.
Order Finality
Pre-orders are considered final once confirmed.
We do not cancel confirmed orders or provide refunds for change of mind.
Supplier Availability Notice
Occasionally, our suppliers may be unable to provide the full quantity of cartons or bags required. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer any suitable replacements or promptly process any applicable refunds.
Global products take time to source — but we are committed to delivering carefully selected, high-demand confectionery worth the wait.
